The Sparkling Wine

ThinK Wine Group is in partnership with an esteemed vineyard nestled in the heart of Treviso, Italy, both their Prosecco and sparkling pink wine are Vegan and organic with reduced sugar and low calories, they use hand-picked Italian grapes to make both their ThinK Prosecco and ThinK Pink from their vegan and certified organic vineyard in Treviso.

ThinK Prosecco was founded by Katherine Jones when she noticed at a variety of variegated vendee and influencer parties that the Prosecco she loved drinking was having a negative effect on her waistline and rented lifestyle, and from this she found out she was not alone, this lead her to embark on an venture to over 50 vineyards surpassing she found the perfect one.

The Gin – St. Giles

A man with a sense of adventure, a professional diver for 35 years, Simon Melton the founder of St. Giles has been fortunate unbearable to venture to lots of unusual and fascinating places virtually the world, giving him zaftig opportunities to explore a wide variety of succulent gins. Upon his heady journeys, he invested years of research and visited many distilleries, all in the passionate pursuit of his minion spirit.

When he returned home to Norfolk, taking it all in, he started his next venture of perfecting a recipe for his own Gin.

As to why the visitor is tabbed St. Giles, it refers to an zone in London that was synonymous with gin shops in the 18th century, bonus to that, it is moreover a name of a historic road in Norwich where Simon and his family have their own 18th century shop.

St. Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb & Ginger Gin – Tasting Notes

Aroma – “Raspberry and rhubarb with hints of ginger welcome you into the experience.”

Flavour – “Sweet raspberry surrounds rhubarb and ginger characters, the pink notation and ginger notes offer a pleasing length.”

This Gin was made using fresh fruits, without any compromise, ensuring that the unconfined flavour profile is achieved naturally, bonus to that, it is Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.

Ingredients

  • Rosé Sparkling Wine
  • Pink Gin
  • Squirty Cream
  • Cheesecake Base

How To Make The Ladies Night Cocktail

  • Pour in 10mls of Pink Gin
  • Top up with Rosé Sparkling Wine
  • Leave a Small Gap at the Top for the Squirty Cream
  • After Filling the Top with Squirty Cream, Sprinkle on some Cheesecake Wiring Crumbs
  • Serve to your Girlfriends and Enjoy!
