Ingredients
Red Wine-750ml
Cloves-4
Cinnamon-1
Sugar-9tbsp
Orange Juice-3/4cup
Water-3/4cup
Orange peel-of 1
Lemon peel –
Orange slices-3
Method
In a vessel add water,orange juice ,orange peel, lemon peel, cloves ,orange slices ,sugar and cinnamon stick ..
Stir well and boil .. Then simmer for 20 minutes by that time liquid will be half
That time add wine and check the sugar ..add if needed
Then boil and strain
